You have the right to submit a return request within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of purchased products. Items that were purchased at one of our authorised dealers (independent retailers, department stores, etc.) will need to be returned to them, following their own return policy, and not be returned through our website 

Shipping costs to return products are entirely covered by the customer.

Products will be accepted for return only if the following criteria are met:

-Products need to be returned unopened, in their original packaging, complete of all labels and with sealed cellophane wrap. Products that have been opened, or are incomplete, damaged, used or modified will not be accepted for return. 

-Return requests need to be sent to us within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery. Return requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted. 

-It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately pack the products, if possible in their original box, to prevent damages during transit. The return package needs to be handed to a carrier within 14 (fourteen) days from receiving the return authorisation from us.

-It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain and archive the shipping documents issued by the carrier. Products that are lost in transit cannot be processed as returns, therefore no refund will be possible.

Discovery Samples sales are final, and are not eligible for returns. 

In order to request a return, the customer needs to log in to his personal account on, access the <Order History and Details> section and select the order that needs to be returned. If the 14 (fourteen) days eligibility window for returns has not expired, the customer will find the form to compile and will be able to submit the return request.

After receiving our email confirmation that your return request has been accepted, you will then need to access the <Merchandise Returns> section in your personal account and print the return form to include in the return package.

Refunds are issued only after products clear our quality control process, where they are inspected to assess that all criteria for returns are met. If after inspection products qualify for return, a refund for the purchase price will be issued, with the exclusion of any additional shipping costs, if applicable. Refunds are issued within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery of products to our warehouse.

Method of refund

Refunds are credited to the same payment method the customer has used to purchase the product. Should the customer request a different refund method, any additional costs due to the different payment method will be covered by the customer.

Timing of refund

Refunds are credited within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery of returned products to our warehouse, or within 14 (fourteen) days from sending your notification to us requesting order cancellation for products that were not delivered to you.
