Shipment methods
All shipments are Standard.
Costs: free standard shipment for all orders over 100 Euros. For orders below 100 Euros, shipment costs are calculated based on country of delivery and are clearly displayed at check-out.
Delivery: 2-3 working days for deliveries within Italy and 3-5 working days for deliveries within the European Union. We do not currently ship outside of the European Union.
Dispatch cut-offs
Package is dispatched on the same day of order, for orders placed by 11.30am, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 11.30am will be dispatched on the following day.
Orders placed after 11.30am on a Friday, will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Orders placed on a National Holiday will be dispatched on the first working day thereafter.
Monitoring your shipment status
After your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email confirmation. You may track your shipment from the <Order History and Details> section in your personal account page on www.brandnomore.com, where you can click on the tracking number and then follow your shipment directly from the carrier's website.
Countries
Brand No More ships to the following countries:
Italy, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Malta*, Cyprus*, Principality of Monaco, Vatican City, Republic of San Marino.
*Shipment costs to Malta and Cyprus amount to €60 due to the carrier's air freight surcharge for hazardous goods. This cost is charged to the customer for orders above €100 as well as for orders below € 100.
